Home · Warranty

The work is done right.Or we make it right.

Every job that leaves our bay is backed by a 3-year / 36,000-mile in-house parts-and-labor warranty. Eligible engine repairs also qualify for the Valvoline Limited Lifetime Engine Guarantee — up to $4,000 in coverage that follows the vehicle for the rest of its life.

Two guarantees, one bay

Compare the coverage.

Most shops offer a 90-day or 12-month warranty and call it a day. We offer two overlapping guarantees on eligible work — one we back ourselves for three full years, and one Valvoline backs for the life of the vehicle.

Standard on every job

Wizard's 3 yr / 36k mi

In-house parts & labor warranty
3 years
  • Applies to every repair, every ticket — no upsell, no eligibility test
  • Covers parts and labor for 36,000 miles or 3 years, whichever comes first
  • Honored at our Bountiful shop — the same team that did the work sees it again
  • Transferrable if you sell the vehicle within the coverage window
  • No deductible, no per-visit fee, no "authorized network" runaround
Valvoline Tier Table

Coverage by mileage.

Enrollment tier depends on the vehicle's odometer reading at the first Valvoline-oil service with us. The lower the miles, the higher the coverage cap — up to $4,000 for eligible internal-engine repairs.

Vehicle Mileage at Enrollment Tier Maximum Coverage What it Covers
Under 50,000 miles Full Tier $4,000 Oiled internal engine parts — bearings, camshaft, crankshaft, connecting rods, oil pump, timing components
50,000 – 100,000 miles Standard Tier $2,000 Same coverage list, reduced cap on parts + labor per claim
Over 100,000 miles Not eligible Our 3-year / 36,000-mile in-house warranty still applies to all repair work

Valvoline sets the terms of its lifetime program. Coverage requires uninterrupted Valvoline oil services at recommended intervals. Ask us for the full brochure — happy to walk through the fine print before you enroll.

How the Wizard's warranty works

Simple, in four steps.

01

Something's off

You notice a symptom within 3 years / 36,000 miles of a repair we did — a noise, a leak, a warning light.

02

Call & describe

Call (801) 994-6826. We pull the ticket, confirm coverage, and schedule you in — usually within the week.

03

We diagnose

The same team looks at it. If it's related to the work we did, it's on us — parts and labor.

04

Back on the road

You leave with the fix, and the warranty clock resets on the repaired component.

Common questions

Warranty FAQ.

Does the warranty cover wear items?

Wear items like brake pads, wiper blades, and tires have their own manufacturer coverage — we honor those directly. Our 3/36 covers the repair work, not consumables.

What if I move out of state?

The warranty is honored at our Bountiful shop. If you're relocating, call before you go — we may be able to work with a local shop on parts reimbursement.

Do I lose coverage if I service elsewhere?

No — regular oil changes and unrelated work anywhere else don't void our warranty on the specific job we performed. The Valvoline program is different: it requires continuous Valvoline oil use at us.

Is my RV covered too?

Yes. The 3-year / 36,000-mile guarantee applies to auto, diesel, and RV work equally.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the vehicle?

Yes, within the original 3-year / 36k window. Have the new owner call us with the repair ticket number.

What about the Valvoline paperwork?

We handle enrollment on your first eligible oil service. You'll receive documentation from Valvoline directly. Keep the receipts from every oil change — they're proof of continuous coverage.

Book work you can trust.
